Following its hands-on debut at Summer Game Fest 2026, Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis has officially been locked in for a global release on February 12, 2027. The highly anticipated remake will be coming to PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
To celebrate, the developers invited a star-studded lineup of gaming industry heavyweights to get a first look at the game. Among them was the new voice and performance capture artist for Lara Croft herself, alongside several guest stars joining in for a casual gameplay session.
Alix Wilton Regan
- Role: The Voice & Performance Capture Artist for Lara Croft
- Where you know her from: Alix is a seasoned 3A veteran, best known for voicing Aya in Assassin’s Creed Origins, Alt Cunningham in Cyberpunk 2077, and the female Inquisitor (British voice) in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
- The Highlights: Not only did Alix sit down to play, but she is also bringing her incredible talent to breathe new life into this iconic heroine. Her goal for this reimagining is to deliver the “ultimate” Lara Croft—one that seamlessly blends the best traits of every era.
Troy Baker
- Role: Guest Player / Industry Icon
- Where you know him from: A true titan of modern gaming, Troy has voiced legendary characters including Joel in The Last of Us and the enigmatic villain Higgs in Death Stranding.
- The Highlights: While he isn’t lending his voice to this particular project, having an industry legend like Troy show up to support the game gives fans plenty of reasons to be confident in its quality.
Nick Apostolides
- Role: Guest Player / Resident Evil Legend
- Where you know him from: Nick is beloved worldwide for his brilliant portrayal of Leon S. Kennedy in the recent Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 4 remakes.
- The Highlights: Known for his incredible dedication to realism, Nick once famously passed out in the booth while choking himself to get a perfectly authentic suffocating scream for RE2.
Ashleigh Morghan
- Role: Hype Woman / Guest Spectator
- Where you know her from: A versatile talent working across both Hollywood television and video game voiceover, Ashleigh is well-known for voicing several popular characters in Fortnite.
Having such a beloved group of industry icons come together has only added to the immense hype surrounding this Unreal Engine 5 remake.
